Clients are encouraged to advise us, if they are unhappy with the service, or a carer, and a replacement will be assigned as soon as possible.

Personal Protective Clothing
All our staff wear uniforms, Aprons, Gloves and carry an I.D card with them. All our staff are issued with a hand sanitising gel effective against MRSA, E.COLI, SALMONELLA and LISTERIA.
