What If I Want To Change Carers?
We will do our utmost to ensure your carers hold the necessary skills and training to provide the service necessary, to fit your needs.
Clients are encouraged to advise us, if they are unhappy with the service, or a carer, and a replacement will be assigned as soon as possible.
